Service Overview:
Our Monthly Subscription service is designed to provide you with affordable, comprehensive repair and diagnostic services throughout the year. For an initial payment of $150 (which covers the first month) and $25 per month thereafter, you can choose between 3 in-home services or 6 dropoff services. Once selected at checkout, this choice cannot be changed.
What is Covered:
- Labor Only: The subscription covers the labor involved in diagnosing and repairing your Desktop, Laptop, Mobile Device, or Printer. It does not include the cost of any hardware or software that may be required. For instance, if your device has a broken screen, you would need to purchase a replacement screen. We can facilitate this purchase, ensuring it comes from a trusted supplier with a warranty.
Important Considerations:
- Parts Provided by Client: If you choose to provide your own parts, please note that we are not responsible for their functionality or durability post-repair. We highly recommend allowing us to source the necessary parts to ensure quality and warranty coverage.
- Service Type Selection: During checkout, you must select either 3 in-home services or 6 dropoff services for the year. This choice is final and cannot be changed later.
- Scheduling: All in-home visits and dropoffs must be scheduled in advance. After submitting the form, a technician will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the visit or dropoff. As we expand our team, we’ll offer more flexibility and appreciate your understanding.
- Pet Policy for In-Home Services: Please ensure that any pets are secured and put away during our visit. This helps ensure a safe and efficient repair process.
- Repair Process: For in-home services, we will always attempt to fix the problem during our visit. If the issue requires bench work, we will take the device back to our place for repair and schedule a delivery to return it to you. For dropoff services, the repair process is the same as outlined in our standard dropoff service.
- First Come, First Served: Repairs are handled in the order service requests are received. During our visit or intake process, we will provide an estimated completion time based on our initial diagnosis. Please note that this estimate may change if further diagnostics reveal additional issues or require ordering parts. In such cases, we will contact you with an updated timeline and invoice for any necessary parts.
- Wide Range of Services: Our expertise covers a broad range of diagnostic and repair services, which is why we don’t list every possible issue on our home page. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to call us or use the contact form.
- Subscription Terms: The initial $150 payment covers the first month. After the first month, the subscription will bill monthly at $25 per month until canceled. There are no refunds or prorated adjustments available for this service.
